FAQ 1: If the device fails to work.

  1. If the device fails to scan the RFID, check whether the RFID scanner is completely intact.

  2. Check whether the wiring of the device is connected correctly.

  3. Make sure the device is not exposed to liquid substances.

  4. Check whether the power cable is correctly connected.

  5. Check whether the power supply and the power adapter is under normal operating conditions.

  6. Check whether the wires inside the device are completely intact.

FAQ 2: Not receiving an SMS message when RFID is tapped.

  1. Check whether the device is connected to the internet.

  2. Check whether your internet service provider is up.

  3. Check whether the Ethernet cable is properly plugged in.

  4. Try tapping your RFID again.

FAQ 3: Delayed SMS messages.

  1. Check whether the device is connected to the internet.

  2. Try restarting your router.

  3. Try removing your Ethernet cable and plugging it back.

FAQ 4: The device is connected to the internet but it does not send a SMS message.

  1. Check whether the Ethernet cable is properly plugged in.

  2. Check whether if the scanner is damaged, if the scanner is damaged ask for a replacement for the damaged device.

  3. Try restarting the device.

FAQ 5: If the RFID fails to work.

  1. Check whether if the RFID is damaged

  2. Try scanning your RFID again.

  3. Check whether the RFID is not interfering with other RF devices.
