FAQ 1: The device fails to work.
- If the device fails to scan the RFID, check whether the RFID scanner is completely intact. 
- Check whether the wiring of the device is connected correctly. 
- Make sure the device is not exposed to liquid substances. 
- Check whether the power cable is correctly connected. 
- Check whether the power supply and the power adapter are normal. 
- Check whether the wires inside the device are completely intact. 
FAQ 2: RFID fails to scan.
- Check whether the device is connected to the internet. 
- Check whether your internet service provider is up. 
- Check whether the Ethernet cable is properly plugged in. 
- Try tapping your RFID again. 
FAQ 3: The microphone fails to work.
- Check whether the microphone is properly connected to the device. 
- Check whether the microphone is damaged, if damaged replace the damaged microphone. 
- Speak closer to the microphone. 
FAQ 4: The speaker fails to work.
- Check whether the amplifier if properly connected to the device. 
- Check the wiring inside. 
- Try turning up the volume.
