FAQ 1: The device fails to work.
If the device fails to scan the RFID, check whether the RFID scanner is completely intact.
Check whether the wiring of the device is connected correctly.
Make sure the device is not exposed to liquid substances.
Check whether the power cable is correctly connected.
Check whether the power supply and the power adapter are normal.
Check whether the wires inside the device are completely intact.
FAQ 2: RFID fails to scan.
Check whether the device is connected to the internet.
Check whether your internet service provider is up.
Check whether the Ethernet cable is properly plugged in.
Try tapping your RFID again.
FAQ 3: The microphone fails to work.
Check whether the microphone is properly connected to the device.
Check whether the microphone is damaged, if damaged replace the damaged microphone.
Speak closer to the microphone.
FAQ 4: The speaker fails to work.
Check whether the amplifier if properly connected to the device.
Check the wiring inside.
Try turning up the volume.
