A. Anecdotal Note

To get to Anecdotal Note, go to Disciplinary Notes and click "Anecdotal Note".

Click "New" to create Anecdotal Note.

• Fill up all necessary information and once you are done, click "Actions" then chose between (For Approval or Approve).
  • Get contact number: By clicking this it will send a SMS message to notify the parents of their child behavior.

After you save click "Actions" then a confirmation will appear just click "Yes".
